Our Flagship Program
Since 2022, the MGL Job Search Roundtable has brought Mongolian immigrants together to support one another through job searches, career changes, and professional growth in the United States.
Each month, we focus on a different career or job search topic. We also invite Mongolian professionals to share their real experiences and lessons from working in the U.S.
This is not a formal lecture. Come with your questions, listen to others, and share what you have learned. Sometimes one person’s question can help someone else, too.

What Is It?
The Job Search Roundtable is Two Chimeg’s flagship program – a free monthly virtual gathering for Mongolian immigrants navigating the U.S. job market. Every session covers a different topic relevant to job searching in the United States, from resume writing and LinkedIn to interview preparation and AI tools.
Sessions are warm, casual, and conversational. Whether you are just starting your U.S. job search or looking to take your career to the next level, there is something for everyone.

What Happens at a Roundtable?
Each Roundtable is different, but you can expect a friendly and open conversation.
1. Join us on Zoom
Register through Eventbrite and receive the Zoom information by email.
2. Learn from a guest speaker or discussion topic
We may have a Mongolian professional share their career experience, or we may focus on a specific job search topic.
3. Ask questions
Bring your questions about job searching, interviews, resumes, networking, or working in the U.S.
4. Share and learn from each other
Your experience may help another person, and someone else’s experience may give you a new idea.
5. Take useful resources with you
When available, we share handouts, resources, or follow-up information after the session.
