“Two Chimeg was created from our own experience — so others in our community don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.”
— Enkhchimeg, Founder & Executive Director
Our Story
Built from experience. Powered by community.
Before Two Chimeg became a nonprofit, we were collecting used canes and wheelchairs and sending them to people with disabilities in Mongolia. That was our way of giving back to those who needed it most.
Recognized for Transparency
Candid Gold Seal of Transparency 2026 — verified nonprofit in good standing.
Then in September 2022, after finding our footing in the U.S. job market, we asked ourselves a question: how many people in our community are out there — talented, hardworking, determined — but trying to navigate a system that wasn’t built for them, often completely alone?
That question became the Job Search Roundtable. What started as a simple monthly Zoom call has grown into a community of Mongolian immigrants supporting each other through every step of the U.S. job search.
In 2024, we turned it into an official nonprofit — Two Chimeg — so we could serve our community with structure, credibility, and permanence.
Two Chimeg exists to make sure others in our community don’t face those challenges alone. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, entirely volunteer-run. Every dollar donated and every hour volunteered goes directly to the community we serve.
