Our Story
Two Chimeg began not as a plan, but as an act of care.
Before we were an organization, we were collecting canes and wheelchairs to send to Mongolia — a simple effort to help people back home who needed mobility support they couldn’t easily access.
That spirit of showing up for our community didn’t stop there.
As Enkhchimeg and her daughter navigated the U.S. job market as Mongolian immigrants, they saw how many others in our community faced the same struggles—unfamiliar systems, limited networks, and few resources built specifically for us.
So in September 2022, we started small: a monthly gathering where Mongolian immigrants could come together, share job search strategies, and support one another.
That gathering became the MGL Job Search Roundtable — and it has continued as a monthly community gathering.
In 2024, Enkhchimeg and her daughter formally founded Two Chimeg Inc. as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, built on the belief that no one should have to navigate a new country’s workforce alone.
Our Mission
Two Chimeg supports Mongolian immigrants in the United States through free workforce development programs — helping our community build careers, navigate the U.S. job market, and connect with one another.
What We Do
We’re 100% volunteer-run, and every program we offer is free:
- MGL Job Search Roundtable — Monthly gatherings to share job search strategies, ask questions, and learn from other Mongolian professionals and job seekers
- Resume & LinkedIn Review — Free 1:1 sessions with practical feedback to strengthen your resume and professional presence
- Peer Mentoring — A free 12-week program where small groups of 3–5 participants learn from, support, and stay accountable to one another
- Job Connect — Connecting Mongolian job seekers with employment opportunities and community connections
- Networking Events — Online and in-person opportunities to build professional relationships and community
