Two Chimeg began not as a plan, but as an act of care. Before we were an organization, we were collecting canes and wheelchairs to send to Mongolia — a simple effort to help people back home who needed mobility support they couldn’t easily access.
That spirit of showing up for our community didn’t stop there. As Batchimeg navigated her own path through the U.S. job market as a Mongolian immigrant, she saw how many others in our community faced the same struggles — unfamiliar systems, limited networks, and few resources built specifically for us.
So in September 2022, we started small: a monthly gathering where Mongolian immigrants could come together, share job search strategies, and support one another. That gathering became the Job Search Roundtable — and it’s been meeting every month since.
In 2024, Batchimeg and her mother formally founded Two Chimeg Inc. as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, built on the belief that no one should navigate a new country’s workforce alone.
