Our monthly MGL Job Search Roundtable is a free online gathering where Mongolian job seekers and professionals can come together to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from each other.
Each month, we invite a Mongolian professional to share their career journey, lessons learned, and practical advice about working in the United States.

Peer Mentoring Program
Learn from each other. Grow together.
Peer Mentoring brings Mongolian job seekers together in small groups of 3–5 people for a 12-week program.
Participants share experiences, discuss challenges, set goals, and support one another throughout their career journeys.
This isn’t traditional one-way mentoring. Everyone has something to learn and something to share.
